The space Located amongst Charleston's best neighborhood, Canonborough-Elliotborough. Our immediate neighbors are an assortment of working professionals, short-term rentals, medical students, and primary homeowners. The neighborhood is a desirable place to live and visit. The Dynamic Duo is two 2BR/2BA units side by side (pink house & blue house). Each has a large master suite, second bedroom with a neighboring bathroom, full kitchen, and spacious living room. Furnished second story porch located off of the pink house but easily accessible by the blue house. The dynamic layout gives individuals within a group private space while still being close to the entire group! Two parking spaces are located under the houses as well! Our cluster of three houses, each with their own fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area, and master suite, provides guests versatile accommodation options. Guests can choose between an 8 bedroom, 6 bedrooms, 4 bedrooms, and 2 bedroom accommodation option. Please inquire for more information! We also offer long term rental options. Guest access Spacious living areas with flat-screen TVs, master suites, fully equipped kitchens, and great outdoor porches. Private off-street parking available! TVs are all equipped with smart capabilities allowing guests to stream as desired. A Hulu subscription is provided for guests to use during their stay. Strong wifi for those looking to work from the property. Other things to note **Cleaned by professional cleaning companies. There is the potential that guests of different short-term rental groups will need to share or coordinate parking, dependent on the reservation schedule. These two units do have two guaranteed covered spots located beneath the houses. Parking and driveway may be tight for some large trucks, vans, and SUVs. Compact vehicles and smaller SUVs fit best. Due to the houses' urban and downtown location, city noises (traffic, construction, neighbors, emergency vehicles, etc.) may be heard. A community fee of 4% is charged to each reservation to pay local sales tax. Pets are allowed with prior approval. PLEASE NOTE: This is a legal, City of Charleston permitted, short term rental. Please be aware that some listings found outside of the Cannonborough-Elliotborough neighborhood may not be permitted to operate as short term rentals. Illegal listings are subject to being closed down, forcing the cancellation of all reservations. Our neighborhood is the only allowed short term rental area in the city.
