Other things to note Guest must agree and comply on the following House Rules otherwise we won't be able to provide the access: ⭐️ Check in starts at 17:00; Check out by 11:00. ⭐️ Gentle reminder that this is a residential building so you should respect quiet hours from 22:00 - 07:00. ⭐️ Neighbors' complaints about disturbance will result in immediate cancellation without any refund. ⭐️ No parties or similar events are permitted. ⭐️ No smoking. ⭐️ Follow garbage rules correspondingly. ⭐️ Kindly leave your shoes at the entrance of the apartment, so you can walk in the house without them. At check out, appreciate if you can : ⭐️ Take off the bedsheets from the bed. ⭐️ Put all the trashes in the bin and wash all dishes before leaving. ⭐️ Close the windows and lock all the doors. ⭐️ Check-out is by 11:00 or contact us the day before to organize a late check out.
