In a small villa 20 meters from the sea and pine forest, we rent a comfortable apartment on the first floor consisting of 2 bedrooms (5 places), 1 bathroom, a kitchen with a dining area, a balcony with a beautiful view of the sea, and a small terrace overlooking the internal courtyard. The space Our villa has 5 apartments of different sizes (from 1 to 6 beds) and is located 20 meters from the sea and pine forest. All commercial services are within walking distance. Every morning, 2 fishermen arrive on the shore selling fresh fish. We are a 10-minute walk from the center of the village. The two pine forests that give the village its name are to the right and left of our villa. There is a beautiful bike path that runs along the sea and passes under the Filiani pine forest. Our apartments are well equipped and cared for, you wake up and look at the sea, you leave the gate and you have your feet on the sand. Great location, great quality, great prices.
