This property is currently renting in accordance with the Mendocino County Health Orders. Renters must sign an addendum to the Airbnb Agreement as required by the Health Order prior to gaining access to the property. Renters must be limited to 4 adults from the same household and their children. Do not request booking outside of these parameters. The space Kitchen is well stocked with pots and dishes etc. For sleeping, there is one master bedroom with a king sized bed and its own bathroom and the other sleeping space is an open loft separated by a wall (considered the other two bedrooms) with two queen sized beds on both sides (5 beds total) Guest access You will have access to the main house and all the outside grounds. There are several small out buildings which are locked and not for guest use. Other things to note Please note there is NO heater in this home. The only heat is a wood burning stove. The wood is located in the shed behind the house. There is cable TV and Wi-Fi. No outdoor fires permitted.
