Deep water canal front, pool, floating dock

On a deep water canal. Clean your fish, rinse your rods, take a swim, hang out on the screen porch or fish off the dock. Look out for manatees or the occasional dolphin. Faces East so you get a nice sunrise but filtered sun/shade during the day! Gas grill, above ground pool, fire pit. Beautiful trees!! With three bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a living room and kitchen we hope that you find it clean and comfortable! 10 minutes by boat to Kings Bay or the Gulf both through Crystal River Preserve. The space The Crystal River Watersports boat ramp is a two minute drive, five by boat to the house. Then 10 minutes through the Wildlife preserve to the Gulf or Kings Bay. Tie your boat up on the floating dock right outside, no worries about the tide, it's a deep water canal! This is an updated rustic, modest home with everything you need! Kitchen includes Keurig coffee pot and pod brewer, instant pot, blender, toaster, slow cooker, all the necessities plus Jack LaLanne’s juicer! Excellent WiFi, basic cable. Highlights: floating boat dock on deep water canal with fresh water wash down, over the water dock, screened porch, pool, close to downtown, the Gulf and Kings Bay. Full disclosure: At the moment we have only 1.5 bathrooms (one shower, the bathroom is smaller). We are thinking about installing a private outdoor shower, we are very excited about that. Let us know if you have any questions at all. We are happy to hear from you. Guest access The whole house is yours. Parking for 2-3 cars in the driveway then plenty of street parking. Other things to note We love our guests who follow the house rules and manage trash and messes reasonably. So far, everyone has been wonderful!! House Rules: standard stuff! No smoking inside, no pets, no large groups or parties. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests at any time. We say this because we have to, unfortunately. These are also Airbnb's guidelines and any violation could result in cancellation of reservation at any time. We love our renters!! Use common sense and courtesy and we will get along just fine! We have four outdoors cameras covering the -front door -the front yard entry -the boat dock -where the kayaks are stored. These cameras cover entrances and kayak storage only. The receiver with viewer is on the desk, you can see what it’s picking up. There is no sound recording. Thank you!!! We really do appreciate you choosing our place! I copied and pasted the check out procedure in case you were wondering: Check out: 1. Have everything packed up? Check closets, bathroom, shower, washer/dryer, chargers! Did you hang anything to dry? 2. Please place any used towels in laundry area 3. Load and start dishwasher 4. Please adjust thermostat to 76 in summer, 68 in winter. Turn bedroom AC off. 5. Take trash out as needed, place in big trashcan near shed. Bagged trash only in the big green cans, please. Put loose trash in the open round lined cans! Recycle bag can be left in blue bin or moved to shed if full (we don’t have recycle pickup, I drive it in.) We hope you had a great time, thank you for staying here!
