The entire apartment is bright with lots of windows that let in natural light and fresh air all day long. The decor is held in light tones, mostly white with accents of colors like red and turquoise. The large living room is the perfect space to relax, watch a movie or enjoy a good book. The balcony has a seating area for 4, great for dinner al fresco, watching spectacular sunsets or to enjoy your morning coffee with a view of the Hollywood Sign. It's a quiet neighborhood, everybody is very respectful. The Kitchen is fully equipped with top appliances, vintage gas stove, large fridge, oven, microwave, Kitchenaid with all the extras, espresso maker, Nespresso milkfrother, dining utensils etc. The Master bedroom has a King size bed and plenty of storage space. It comes with an on-suite Bathroom. The 2nd Bedroom/Office is quiet room, great to get some work done or have a meeting. The sofa converts into a queen bed. This room also has an electric drum kit, a library full or art and film books and a wireless printer/scanner. The 2nd Bathroom has a large tub it is located right next to the 2nd bedroom. Guest access Guests will have access to the large pool which includes sun beds, a BBQ and outdoor dining area. Washer and Dryer are located in the building, easily accessed with the elevator.
