The John Tyler ‘mini suite’ is located on the third floor of the George. It’s pale blue walls take you back to colonial times. The large bedroom, off the entrance sitting room, has a large king bed and can accommodate up to 2 guests. The spacious bathroom has a tub with rain shower head. The space The George of Old Town is a historic property once owned by George Washington, with an interior designed to give that colonial flavor you’ll find at Mount Vernon with a modern twist. Guests have access to a private bedroom, living room, and bathroom as well as shared common spaces, patio, laundry. Kitchen will be stocked with coffee & tea. Guest access Door codes for entry to the main house and your room are provided after booking is confirmed. Parking is in included and designated parking is conveniently located in the rear of the property. Nestled among the brick lined sidewalks and within a short walk to the bustle of nearby shops and restaurants and the newly improved waterfront. Other things to note Luggage Storage: We are happy to accommodate bags before check in or after checkout times. There are 5 parking places in the back, as well as street parking and a pay lot across the street.
