NO IN ROOM PARTIES PERMITTED - No Marijuana is permitted on property - 24-hour emergency assistance available, after-hours emergency number available upon check-in - Trailers and RV’s not permitted on property - We process the second payment a week prior to your arrival with the cc on file. If you want to update your payment method, we recommend prior to your charging of your remaining balance - Your 250 refundable security deposit is refunded upon c/o and room inspection. It takes approximately 5 to 7 business days to process - If you are attending a wedding, we recommend you book the date prior to the event Other things to note We require a $250 deposit for every condo booked. Security deposits are refundable and will be returned to the cardholder within 7 days of departure.
