Charming 2 Bedroom San Jose Rose Garden Home

Our charming two bedroom one bath duplex is in the best neighborhood in San Jose. This Rose Garden neighborhood home is just 3.5 miles from the San Jose Airport, less than 2 miles to downtown San Jose, 2 miles to Santana Row, only 1 mile to the SAP Center. We have easy access to Interstate 280, Hwy 101, Hwy 87 and Hwy 85. If location is important, this spot is perfect! PETS: Pets are welcome on approval only. We ask that pets not be left alone in the home. Pet fee is $195.00. The space We just remodeled this house with new wood and carpet flooring, new paint in every room, on every wall and every ceiling. It is spotless. We have tried to predict all of your needs, so the kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, bowls and baking supplies, utensils, plates, bowls, glassware and bar ware, spices and staples and snacks. The backyard has a fire pit and a lounge area as well as a barbecue. There are two uncovered parking places in the driveway and they are both reserved for our guests. We ask guests not to park on the street as the space is very limited and needed by our neighbors. This is not a home for parties. **Please discuss your pets with us before finalizing your booking. Guest access Guests have the entire home to themselves. We live nearby and can be reached easily if needed, but guests have privacy and full access to every area of the house. Back yard is not fully fenced in. Pets need to be accompanied and leashed at all times when outdoors. No pets are allowed on the property without prior consent. Pets must be included in the reservation after receiving permission to bring them. Other things to note This is a duplex. One wall is shared with the other unit, so we do ask our guests to respect our other tenant by keeping quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. We also ask that at any given time (day or night), that guests keep noise (tv, music, talking) at a respectful level. PETS are not permitted to stay at the home without you present unless they are crated.
