If you want some action, the island is located in the middle of the world’s most famous fishing, the Boca Grande Pass. The rental includes the use of a 20-ft. boat. The dock is on the island’s bayside, the beach, and the Gulf of Mexico on the other side. This two stories villa has a total of five bedrooms (equipped with 3 king beds and 2 queen beds), three full bathrooms, spacious social and dining areas together with a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, ice-maker, etc. everything you need for a perfect vacation. The kitchen has a regular coffee pot and a Keurig, a toaster, a toaster oven, and a gas stove top. Outside there is a gas/electric BBQ grill, a spacious dining area, and two lounge areas. You can enjoy the ocean view from every part of the villa. We have installed high-speed internet so that everyone can enjoy their favorite streaming services without interruptions as well as work from "home". The boat is included in the rental and available to you during your stay. Explore the area or if you need to get back to the mainland. Check-in can only be made during daylight. If the weather prohibits check-in, which means if it’s not possible to take the boat to the villa due to heavy rain, wind or cold, another accommodation has to be made and paid by the guest. You have access to the entire villa, it is a single-family home. On the day of check-in you would do all your grocery shopping before meeting up with the Property Manager at Jensen's Marina. Included in the price is one parking space at Jensen's Marina and one docking spot. On the day of check-in you would do all your grocery shopping before meeting up with the Property Manager. The Marina has a small grocery store, should you run out of your most essentials. This villa is located on the south part of North Captiva. This part of the island consists of 11 homes and is NOT a part of the island Resort. It is so much better than that. A 20 ft. center console boat is included in the rental price, so that you can go back and forth to Jensen's Marina on the mainland Captiva Island as well as explore the amazing surroundings, like Cabbage Key and Boca Grande.
