Our open floor plan encourages you to cozy up by the fire while not missing out on the laughter coming from the game room in the loft or the joy of food being prepared in our modern, fully equipped kitchen. For total privacy, head downstairs and enjoy a separate living area complete with a living room, large TV with surround sound, and a bistro kitchen of its very own. This separate living space has a full bedroom and bathroom, making this the perfect rental for multiple couples, families, and singles who wish to gather, but also appreciate a space of their own. The Terrace Level is also an excellent space for working - with high speed internet, privacy, and a great view! Every level of the 3 story home is covered by a mesh network with no dead spots. There are three smart TVs where you can stream from your favorite apps. We offer ROKU and DIRECTV Stream for live TV. WIFI calling ensures good phone service no matter your cellular carrier. The TreeTop retreat is dog friendly for responsible pet owners, but your pet MUST be PRE-APPROVED. Please be sure to pre-book your dog so that we can share our pet guidelines before your arrival. We allow up to two. NO SMOKING ANYWHERE ON PROPERTY. We do not provide toiletries in an effort to reduce waste. Please pack the personal items that you will need for your stay. Other things to note Parking is limited at the TreeTop Retreat. Please do not plan to bring more than four vehicles. Like most mountain homes with a view in our area, staying at the Treetop Retreat requires our guests to drive uphill on a gravel road and to either back-in or back-out of a gravel driveway onto an incline. You do not need a four-wheel drive or an all-wheel drive vehicle to do so. All vehicles are suitable. Although we pay for top-of-the-line pest control, you are in the woods so please be aware of your surroundings at all times. Our community will be appreciative of you not feeding wildlife should any critters visit the property during your stay.
