From the moment you walk in you will instantly feel at home with the open plan layout consisting of the spacious living area with comfortable seating to enjoy watching Spectrum Cable in front of the fire or just gazing out at the water. The large modern kitchen with rustic accents gives all guests room to prepare meals on the natural granite work top with additional amenities including a coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher and a pantry. Seating is provided on the slab wood breakfast bar overlooking the kitchen. The dining area is located next to the window to enjoy a lake view while eating. The first master bedroom is welcoming with dark furnishings, king bed, gas fireplace, TV and also the perfect view of the lake. Connected is a full bathroom including a Jacuzzi bath and separate shower. The kid’s bedroom includes a twin over full bunk bed with a cozy feel to the room. Upstairs in the loft you can sit down and relax enjoying the view through the large windows. The second master bedroom has a private deck to admire the view from the top floor, king bed, wood burning fireplace, TV and private 3/4 bathroom. Two more bedrooms each have a queen bed and are connected with a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Each bedroom is decorated with detail and care to make your stay comfortable and memorable. The lower level game room provides you with space for entertainment and relaxation to enjoy with all the family. The pool table will be enjoyable to play as well as admiring the lake view. The bar area is the perfect place to create your favorite drinks with all the equipment you will need. Access the covered deck for a breath-taking view of the lake with a propane barbecue and seating. Go down to the yard to access the hot tub and unwind with the cool lake breeze in the shade. Lake levels vary throughout the year and boat docks availability is not guaranteed at the time of your arrival. Cameras are not monitored for guest safety in any way and should not be relied on by guests for personal security or security of their belongings. Cameras may be used to enforce and verify compliance with rental policies. Any damage caused to cameras by guest may result in a partial or complete loss of security deposit funds. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system inside and outside of the home to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). There is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house. Removing the decibel monitor and/or security cameras will result in a full security deposit loss. Disturbing the peace is a City Ordinance Violation. Please be respectful due to sound traveling in the mountains. Do not use the barbecue after 10:00 PM. Failure to comply with these rules may result in expulsion from the property with no refund and additional fines from the City of Big Bear.
