This newly remodeled townhouse unit offers a living room, dining room and cottage style kitchen. There are three bedrooms upstairs : a king, queen and twin with a trundle bed. There is a shared deck and large yard. It's very clean and comfortable. Linens, blankets, pillows, towels are provided. Kitchen is fully stocked. We have one window air conditioning unit downstairs and one upstairs and window fans. There is one parking spot to the left of the unit and extra parking on the street. The space This older duplex has been completely remodeled and updated. There is an attached unit with separate entrances and a shared deck on the back. It's located a few blocks from downtown and is within walking distance to the waterfront. Very cozy and comfortable. There is a full bath upstairs and down with hardwood floors throughout. The remodel is beautiful. Guest access You will have access to the entire unit except for the basement. There is a roomy parking spot to the left of the unit with ample street parking. Parking guidelines are also posted inside the unit. The unit is only a few blocks from downtown Petoskey and you can easily access the bike trail and waterfront area. Great location! Other things to note Please park in the spot beside your unit or on the road in front of the home. Please don't park in front of our neighbors' homes or block their driveways or the sidewalks. There is lots of parking across the street as well. We have a Keurig and regular coffee maker.
