This charming 1 bedroom carriage house is located in the Starland District of Savannah. It is centrally located within very close walking distance to many of attractions and great restaurants such as galleries, Starland Yard, Starland Cafe, Two Tides Brewery, Back in the Day Bakery, The Wormhole, etc. The Starland District provides unique Savannah charm with its eclectic stores, delicious eats, and enchanting atmosphere. It is just a short Uber ride (~8-10 min) to the downtown area. The space The carriage house is well-appointed, bright, and comfortable and is centrally located within very close walking distance to the wonderful establishments of the Starland district. There is a lovely shared courtyard with a gas grill that you are welcome to use. Please clean the grill after using it and make sure the gas is turned off. The electronic igniter is fussy and does not work sometimes and you will have to use matches/lighter. Should you run out of gas the chevron station at the corner has an exchange station and if you exchange tanks I will be happy to reimburse you the cost. We take extra care to Clean and then Disinfect your space due to COVID-19 before and after each reservation. Includes extensive disinfecting of commonly touched spaces like doorknobs, light switches, lockboxes, etc. for your safety. Please adhere to the occupancy rule as you agreed to in the listing contract. My home will accommodate 2 guests. Other things to note Please note there is a flight of stairs to access the house. There is free parking on the street, but be mindful of the street sweeper signs which designate a certain day and time not to park on that side of the street. Please adhere to the occupancy rule as you agreed to in the listing contract. My home will accommodates 6 guest very comfortably. The property is located in a safe & quite neighborhood that is mostly residential with a few local small business scattered about. Because the house is in the city and located on the corner, there is potential for traffic noise , fire & police sirens, street-sweepers, etc. The court yard is shared with the main house (my other rental property ) which is separate from the main house and located above the garage.
