Woodlea Melrose Historic Neighborhood features beautiful historic homes, is quiet and safe. We aim for the perfect blend of homestyle comforts with a resort style feel. The furnishings & accouterments of the home will make you feel comfortable & pampered. The space You must be 25 or older to rent this property. Sarah and Noel are experienced Superhosts. We do everything we can to create an experience that provides a home away from home with a touch of luxury and style. We are always taking in feedback from our guests. We want you to be comfortable during your stay. Master Bedroom has king bed and second bedroom has a California King. The family room has a trundle bed to provide 2 additional twin beds. Kitchen is all set up for cooking and we include starter items for coffee, tea, and paper products. Towels and linens are always provided clean and top quality. We have been hosting guests for over 8 years and have been using vacation rentals for our own family vacations for well over a decade. We leverage all that experience to create an exceptional stay for you and your family. *POOL HEATING: Pool heat option is all or nothing for the duration of your stay. Many guests do not want pool heating so we offer for a surcharge for those that do. If you want the pool to be comfortable for swimming during your stay we recommend pool heating at these times and the rate we charge will be the following prices multiplied by the number of nights of your reservation (we discount for stays of a week or longer): January and February $60 March $50 April $40 May 1 - 15 $30 May 15 - September 30 No heating needed October $30 November $40 December $50 For example, a 5 night stay in March would be $250 for pool heating. A solar cover is used to help heat and retain heat in the pool. During your stay we ask guests to return the cover into place when not using the pool and particularly overnight. This allows us to charge reasonable heating prices and keep down our gas usage. Also the heater will not be able to maintain a comfortable swimming temperature if the cover is not used in this manner. Guest access The property is the main house on a large corner lot. Street parking only, but there is plenty of it. A propane grill is available for guest use. We are following safe distancing and have a lockbox for check in and out. Other things to note We go out of our way to create comfortable luxury. Almost every guest is fully delighted to stay at Sarah's Sanctuary. It is important to note that this is not a hotel and we do not have another house to move you to should something go wrong during your stay. We will, however, do everything in our power to fix the situation and if that is not possible will work with AirBnB to help you find alternative arrangements. As a personal home we expect our guests to treat the house as they would their personal home. This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phoenix Ordinance Section 10-195(c).
