Fast internet, smart tv (no cable Tv) The home is located within blocks of several restaurants, grocery stores, salons, gas stations, Mayo Clinic, St. Marys, and miles and miles of walking trails. **We operate a share cabinet. We leave pantry and fridge/freezer items that we believe the next guest may enjoy and could use. Other things to note Quiet hours 8pm-8am ***Please note, This is the UPSTAIRS apartment (Do not enter the main level apartment. Please pay attention, both apartments look the same). The wood floors will creak in some areas when walking, please make yourself at home! The downstairs guest understands they will hear footstep noise when they book the property. **We operate a share cabinet.
