Decks encircle the living areas so relax outdoors and enjoy the long distance views. Perennial gardens surrounded by an acre of mowed lawn. There is a beautiful water feature with falls and goldfish. Golf anyone? The interior has all hardwood floors, marble bathrooms with a 2 person jacuzzi in master suite. Kitchen opens to dining and living room, sunroom and deck areas. All newly refurbished. Owner on premises in separate apartment with separate and private entrance, but you are assured of complete privacy. Guest access Guests have access to all outdoor areas, decks and parking areas. Use of chaise lounges, patio furniture and fire pit. I ask kindly that guests purchase local kindling and wood at the shop in town. Wandering the woods and gardens is invited. Snowshoes provided Other things to note If you are visiting relatives in the Waterbury Center area, please feel free to use the stone patios and deck for entertaining. The house accommodates four adults with separate bathrooms for each couple. There is a queen bedroom ensuite with oversized 2 person jacuzzi and separate shower: the living room has a very comfortable Murphy bed; and an additional full size bathroom. The kitchen has all modern appliances and plenty of counter space for 2 cooks. The views are magnificent from every window! Plenty of parking and areas to store skis, kayaks and canoes. In Summer Camels Hump and Hunger Mountain await to be hiked. We even held a small wedding in the 3 acre mown lawn with no other building in sight just MOTHER NATURE doing her thing.
