The large outdoor shower is fully enclosed featuring hot and cold water and includes a separate changing area. The interior is light and bright with two bedrooms; one with a single queen sized bed and the other with two queen sized beds. The living area and kitchen/dining area are adjoining and have access via French doors to the east facing deck with a pergola. The living room has a ductless mini split for a/c and a flat screen television with cable as well as SmartTV via Apple TV. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans as well as ductless mini splits for comfortable sleeping. For a turnkey vacation experience, the listed price includes checkout cleaning and linens for the occupancy of the property. Commercially laundered linens are provided, including sheets, duvets with fresh covers, and one towel set (bath towel, hand towel, facecloth) per guest, plus bathmats and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not included unless otherwise noted. Stays over one week may incur an additional linen charge.
