Welcome to Paradise Cottage nestled on Lake Paradise! Cozy and warm with wood finishes throughout. Includes three-tiered deck/patio, with the lowest level sitting over the water. Perfect for fishing (this lake hosts an annual fishing tournament), canoeing/kayaking, or just relaxing. Great for bird watching, with great blue herons, egrets, ducks, bald eagles, plovers, cormorants, woodpeckers and other species seen daily. The space This 2 bedroom/one bath cottage includes a living room which features a brick fireplace and opens to the dining area. Large sliding door in the lake room opens onto a three-tired deck/patio, with the lowest level sitting over the water. The second deck includes a fire pit with firewood included. Dual weber grills are available outside for cooking, as well as a picnic table for eating. Commonly viewed creatures includes Bald Eagles, Great Blue Herons, Downy Woodpeckers, geese and an occasional muskrat. Lake Paradise is a 174 acre no-wake lake, making your stay a quiet one. Kayaks are available on site and you may want to boat to the islands on the lake. Cottage comes with all basic amenities including full kitchen (fridge/range/microwave/Keurig), full bath, shower, towels, bedding, etc. The TV viewing includes Roku that you can sign into with your own account to watch Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc. Washer/dryer not included, but a laundromat is located 10 minutes away. Pet Restriction: Limited to 2 small (under 20 lbs.) well-behaved dogs. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture. Note: First bedroom includes a queen bed. Second bedroom includes 4 bunk beds, which are more suitable for children and teenagers. Guest access Whole house is available, including fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, toaster, keurig, plates, bowls, pitchers, silverware, napkins, paper towels), freshly made beds, beach towels (in case visiting the nearby beach), outside grills with charcoal and utensils, fire pit with wood, and three decks with canoe/kayaks. Note that the upper deck requires no stairs, but that there are 6 stairs to access the 2nd deck, and an additional 3 steps to access the 3rd deck, which sits over the water.
