Spacious loft space with great view!

This is a large room over the garage with a queen bed, dresser and small table and chairs as a workspace. There is a view of the water from the window. It is up a short flight of stairs. The ceiling is sloping on the sides. There is a small private bathroom in the laundry room and a private door to the outside from the laundry room. The space It's a great space for privacy and doing computer work. The house is set back from the road and there is a large patio in the back with seating and dining spaces. The home is close to highway 16 so convenient to everything in Gig Harbor and gateway to the Key Peninsula. Guest access The comfortable living room is available to sit by the fire or watch movies on the tv and look out at the spectacular view of Henderson Bay. The sunsets are breathtaking. Guests can use the kitchen and dinette as well as the spacious patio in back. During your stay I am retired so home most of the time. I enjoy getting to know my guests but honor their privacy. Other things to note There is some noise from the road in front of the house. Earplugs are provided for those that are sensitive to noise. The ceiling is low so you will have to watch your heads.
