Our cozy cottage is small, making it perfect for solo travelers or couples passing through the historic area of Riverside. The home includes a full sized memory foam bed, A/C & heating unit, printer/fast Wi-Fi, Cable TV, 55” Roku Smart TV, fully stocked kitchen with all cookware and basic spices, plush linens, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, laundry basket with onsite washer/dryer (in garage), and keyless entry. The space This home is unique in its small size, but its beautiful design makes it feel very spacious. It has been newly renovated from top to bottom, with brand new appliances and furniture. Special touches include luxurious bedding, plush linens, wireless charging dock, USB ports for your devices, Keurig coffee maker with complementary K-Pods and cream & sugar. *DISCLAIMER: the exterior of our home is under 24/7 audio and video surveillance by Vivint Home Security. We would like to disclose to our guests that we have security cameras at our doorbell, driveway, and backyard for the protection of our guests and property.* Please note that there is a 25 dollar fee per night for each guest after two people. Also, please note there is a 250 dollar fee for broken or damaged items and for breaking our house rules. This includes but not limited to, checking out late, bringing additional guests not stated on your reservation etc. Please be aware breaking house rules will lead to additional charges and your reservation possibly being terminated. Guest access The entire studio unit is yours. The property itself has 3 units on it, with a laundry space in the garage that is shared between 2. Our extra long driveway provides ample space for parking. Private patio overlooking our spacious lawn and beautiful foliage at the front of our property. Other things to note Please note that there are 2 additional units on the property. We ask that you be courteous and also let us know if you have any questions or concerns. Inside the home you will see a key hanging near the front door. That is to access the garage and use the washer/dryer. In the garage you will see detergent, fabric softener, labeled “studio”. Feel free to use the complimentary detergent and fabric softener. If you need to store any large suitcases in the locked garage you can rest assured the other tenants will respect your belongings.
