It consists of a double bedroom, a hallway, a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom with a window, and a large veranda equipped for outdoor dining with a view of the bay and the sunset. Parking space near the accommodation The space The accommodation is in a quiet and secluded location, but just a few minutes’ walk from the central area with a supermarket, bar, restaurant, and pizzeria. Private parking is available a short walk away. Guest access Accommodation tax: Mandatory, not included in the room rate. The amount of €3.00 per person per day will be payable on site. Minors who have not yet reached the age of twelve are exempt. Deposit: mandatory and refundable €150. Payable in cash or by credit card Kitchenette: not included in the final cleaning, to be returned clean with the trash can emptied or an additional charge of €40. Pets: allowed, €50/each for extra cleaning, to be reported at the time of booking and subject to reconfirmation.
