Located on Riddell Lake, only 5 minute drive to Bancroft, the 425 sq. ft. Guest Suite has a view of the garden, with a queen bed in bedroom, double bed in loft , fully equipped kitchenette, 3 piece bath, air conditioning, private entrance, garden with private screened in Gazebo, lounging furniture & BBQ, sandy beach front, boat dock, diving raft, non-motorized boats & lake side terrace with lounging chairs and picnic table. A perfect place for couples or a family. $20 cleaning fee for dogs. The space The Guest Suite is a 425 sq. ft, self contained apartment attached to the side of our home, which has a pristine quiet lake 100 feet behind it with private lakefront. We have carefully designed, built and furnished the Guest Suite to accommodate professionals looking for a private, executive quality accommodation that offers more than a bed and bath, for couples looking for a mini-get away or for families who need a bit of extra room for kids to move and private sleeping space for the kids and for themselves. It has been furnished with family antiques crossed with contemporary furniture, including a new leather sectional and a large flat screen TV and electric fireplace. The bedroom, features a queen size bed with a 3 piece bathroom just outside the door to the bedroom. There is a loft with a double mattress, in the main section of the Guest Suite. ( a great hit with children) Guests can also have access to a twin cot bed if needed. There is a fully equipped kitchenette, air conditioning, limited WiFi and a private entrance with a coded lock. The Suite looks out onto the garden where guest can relax on the patio chairs, enjoy being together on the 3 person swing and there is lots of space for kids to run. For our guests use, there is a screened in Gazebo with a 4 piece lounging set, with a BBQ, overlooking the lake. At night, you can turn on the twinkle lights to enjoy being together in nature without the bugs. Behind the Guest Suite, guests can relax by the lake and enjoy the sandy walk out beach, the paddle boat, kayaks, and canoes. There are lounging chairs, , picnic table, dock and diving raft. Great bass fishing and starry nights awaits you. Stay for a night or a week. CHILDREN UNDER AGE OF 17 STAY FREE - (In order to book children as staying free, simply don't indicate them as guests when booking but let me know about them in the text box so we can prepare for them). Dog's are welcome, but we ask to be informed that you plan to bring a dog and be aware that there is a $20.00 per visit cleaning charge for having a dog in the Guest Suite. Other things to note Kids under the age of 17 stay free of charge. (See below for details) Regarding WiFi: Being in a rural community WiFi is brought in by satellite. WiFi turns off at 10:30 at night and back on at 7am. (Other arrangements can be made regarding these times so please speak to Rod or Cynthia to make changes if necessary).: 1. The internet is to be used solely for the purpose of surfing the next, work related activities and email/skype communications. 2. Downloading of files or watching videos on the net is not permitted 3. Internet connection needs to be turned off when not being used. 4. Internet will automatically turn of at 10:30pm and turn back on at 7am. (If these times are problematic for you please speak with Rod or Cynthia to change the turn off or turn on times). Kids stay free in the Guest Suite.
