4 minute walk to Ogunquit Beach (family house)

This recently remodeled family house is on a quiet street very close to the beach in Ogunquit -- its a 4 minute walk to both the beach and town center. Location is perfect for you and your family. We accept Saturday-Saturday bookings. The space Our beach house is available for you to rent in the summer weeks. Proximity to Ogunquit Beach: You will not find a house closer to the entrance to the beach. The kitchen has everything you need to cook in comfort, and the house is completely equipped for you and your family. The house has 3 bedrooms with queen beds. One of those bedrooms has an opening from above the door to the ceiling (so it is not completely closed off). There is also a 2 floor loft space with a bunk bed, toddler bed and crib on the first floor, and a twin size slide out trundle bed on the second floor. There are newly renovated bathrooms on the first and second floors. A hairdryer is available. There is a storage area with all of the beach toys, chairs and other gear that you will need, as well as a buggy that you can use to bring it all to the beach! Of course there is also a modern TV with Cable and there is Wifi included. After you come back from the beach, you can use the heated outdoor shower to rinse yourself off. There is a huge patio for eating outside among the beautiful garden with plenty of deck furniture for your use. The driveway can hold 6 cars. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house, the patio, the outdoor shower, the driveway, and the garden - essentially the entire house! As is customary with rentals in the area, linens and towels are not included. Please do not forget to bring your own!
