The Space Our spacious beach house is available for you to rent in the summer weeks, especially suitable for large families. Proximity to Ogunquit Beach: You will not find a house closer to the entrance to the beach. Newly renovated: We have just renovated the house, and it is now outfitted with brand new appliances. The kitchen has everything you need to cook in comfort, and the house is completely equipped for you and your family. The house has 3 bedrooms with queen beds. One of those bedrooms has an opening from above the door to the ceiling (so it is not completely closed off). There is also a 2 floor loft space with a bunk bed, toddler bed and crib on the first floor, and a twin size slide out trundle bed on the second floor. There are newly renovated bathrooms on the first and second floors. A hairdryer is available. There is a storage area with all of the beach toys, chairs and other gear that you will need, as well as a buggy that you can use to bring it all to the beach! Of course there is also a modern TV with Cable and there is WiFi included. After you come back from the beach, you can use the heated outdoor shower to rinse yourself off. There is a huge patio for eating outside among the beautiful garden with plenty of deck furniture for your use. The driveway can hold 6 cars. Guest Access Guests will have access to the entire house, the patio, the outdoor shower, the driveway, and the garden - essentially the entire house! Amenities that you are welcome to make use of: Iron / Ironing Board Hairdryer 3 Ventilation fans Filter coffee machine and hot water kettle Weber Gas BBQ Bicycle and pump Beach Chairs and tent Beach Toys and boogie boards Beach Wagon for your gear Cornhole Game Lots of board games, puzzles and children’s books Patio furniture + cushions Netflix account on TV HDMI Cable for your Laptop etc Stereo (also with AUX cable) Outdoor shower (with hot water) Lobster cooking pot Firepit + firewood behind house Telescope Binoculars Table extension leafs and 2 extra chairs (located in closet by back door) Extra Blankets (located in hall closet next to TV room) Interaction with Guests We will provide you with all the info that you need to know (like WiFi codes, etc) in our ready made booklet. The booklet also has lots of information about the best places to go in the surrounding area (bars, restaurants, and supermarkets). The Neighborhood Ogunquit, Maine, Yankee Magazine's 2012 Best beach town in the northeast, is the epitome of CUTE TOWN! The house is a 5 minute walk from Ogunquit's restaurants, the world-renowned Marginal Way. Perkins Cove and a fantastic theater are also within walking distance. Getting Around There is a town shuttle trolley service, but you won't need it, as you will be so close to everything in Ogunquit! Other Things to Note We can rent the house from Saturday to Saturday in the summer months for 1, 2, or 3 weeks. As is customary with rentals in the area, linens and towels are not included. Please do not forget to bring your own! We can provide the name of a very reliable local linen provider for you to use, if needed!
