For any name alteration and additions after you book, will have a fee of $50 dollars Other things to note Check-in time: 4:00pm Check-out time: 10:00am Check in open till 10pm, after that you have to call 1 hour ahead to have the security to meet you at the gate. Security Deposit: Resort will swipe your card for incidentals, nothing will be charged. Hold of U$150 per apartment Minimum Stay: 1 night This is a timeshare resort, you are a full paying guest, that means you HAVE NOT to attend a timeshare presentation or tour the property, but you will have the benefits that this first class resort offers. Individual unit decor may vary slightly from photos as resorts make updates and changes. Those pictures are a mix from my own and other pictures provided by the Resort. They represent very well what the apartment/room will look like. Timeshare tour is not required but may be offered by the resort for incentives. We do not promote, endorse or encourage any sales pit however is up to you to accept in case it is offered, again, you are not required. If the reservation needs to be under a different name please let us know BEFORE booking. If a name change is required after the reservation is booked, there will be an additional $50 change fee. Guest will need a valid ID and credit card for check in. Lead pax need to be 21 y/o or older at the time of check in. **Once the reservation is confirmed, it is NOT possible to change dates and for changing names there will be a fee of €50. Rules for change of names: 1. Name changes may be accepted up to 7 (seven) days before check-in. Note that on some special and promotional dates the name change is not accepted. 2. Each name change has an additional rate of € 50.
