Condo in Daytona Beach

Our 1 bedroom condo directly overlooks the pools and beach from the room with full wall windows with sliding door leading to a private balcony. you will enjoy pool and beach that will make a wonderful experience. Plus the location is great with Grocery, Restaurants & Shopping across the street walking distance The space Great location, beach front, 4 large heated pools, 2 pools and child splash pool outside with 1 pool and 2 hot tubs inside. sauna, Tiki hut, restaurant, interior hall entrance, elevators, parking garage steps to room. Shopping center across road with a Publix grocery, restaurants and dollar store. Our 1 bedroom condo sleeps 4 (2 queen beds) , kitchenette with dishes and cooking supplies. 36" TV in bedroom and 65" smart TV in living room. great views of ocean from living room with full wall windows with sliding door that lead to balcony. Installed new air conditioner. ****** Parking garage is temporarily closed, Resort is using lot next door to resort for extra parking. ******Hurricane Disclaimer the resort has opened 1 outside pool and the inside pool, the other outside pool is still closed and seawall is being worked on Guest access The resort has closed the parking garage to do some structural work in the garage and are using the lot south of the resort for extra parking. There are no trailers or motor homes allowed on the property. You will receive a key card after checking in that will give you excess to the resort amenities. You do not need the key card to enter the condo because we have a electronic lock on the door. Because the garage is closed they have put garbage dispensers in the halls instead of the garage to take your garbage to and the laundry room is down the hall from condo. Other things to note The resort does not offer any supplies to room and there is no daily cleaning. Because we are a private owner all towels and linens belong to this unit specifically and should not be given to any housekeeper or hotel staff member. There is garbage dispensers inside garage along the wall- We will supply items to start your vacation, Dish soap, paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, garbage bags, shampoo, conditioner. if addition items are needed there is a dollar store across the street We have towels, beach towels, There are 2 extra blankets in room.. Kitchen is supplied with dishes, pans, crock pot, toaster, blender, coffee pot ,cooking utensils, Check in times 4:00 and checkout times 11:00 , Before checking out please clean any dishes used, take garbage out, put dirty towels in tub. ****** As of June 2022 The resort has closed the Parking garage to do repairs, There will be extra parking south of the resort. We have also installed a new air conditioner June 2022 Up date ******* the resort has temporarily closed closed the pools and other amenities at the resort because of hurricane Ian
