The Oasis

The Oasis residential complex is a low-rise three-storey building without a lift, located on the first line of Xeraco beach with direct access to the sand. It is located in the northern part of Xeraco beach on Avenida de la Mota 26, near restaurants and other services, in a quiet area with little traffic that guarantees disconnection and rest. The building also offers a lovely pool with a shallow area surrounded by landscaped common areas. The space The Oasis residential complex is a low-rise three-storey building without a lift, located on the first line of Xeraco beach with direct access to the sand, in the northern part of the beach on Avenida de la Mota 26, near restaurants and other services. It is in a quiet area with little traffic, which guarantees disconnection and rest. The building offers a beautiful pool with a shallow area and Venetian stairs, surrounded by walkable and landscaped common areas. Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bath-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom), with a fortnightly bed linen change. We recommend bringing a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various. Pressure cooker, blender or mixer, toaster and hairdryer are not standard. Key collection will be at our offices, at C/ Tossal De L'ullastre No. 7 Playa de Xeraco, from 13:00, with the possibility of collection outside office hours if requested in advance and after previously depositing the deposit. Departure and evacuation of the accommodations must be completed before 10:00. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, guests have two options to deal with possible damages: either leave a deposit of €150, which will be returned after apartment review, or contract an Accidental damage exemption (Insurance) for €28 non-refundable. The Xeraco town council offers and manages a free public Wifi service throughout Xeraco beach, although service is not guaranteed inside the apartments. Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season, vehicle access is recommended to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth seeing. There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and through the marshland, the latter being very popular among ornithologists. L'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, notable for its environmental and ecological value, where birds nest and native plants can be found, is undoubtedly another experience for visitors. Fishing can also be practiced on beaches, sea arms and rivers.
