This house is located within 5 minutes of Lake Barkley and accessible from I-69 or I-24 both being only 5 minutes from the house. The house features nice bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, and dining area. There is a concrete patio outback with a fenced yard. Venture River water park is only minutes away. We welcome travelers, fishermen, and hunters to stop by our house in a very quiet neighborhood situated only minutes from boating, fishing, hunting and swimming areas. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house, back patio and back yard. There is a covered area for a vehicle. Other things to note The house has WiFi and gets a signal from a cell phone tower. If the cell signal is bad unfortunately the WiFi may not be good in the house. This is something we may not be able to fix during the stay. Also, there is a camera outside facing the side entrance where everyone enters to make sure the correct number of guests are at the house and no one brings pets inside and to watch the house while no one is there. If this makes anyone uncomfortable, this house may not be the best fit for your stay.
