The King sized bed, a folding bed and a large, comfortable sofa provide the sleeping accommodation for 3 guests. Communication and entertainment are at your fingertips - 55” Flat screen HDTV in the living room, a smart 32" TV in the bedroom, Netflix, YouTube, unlimited 100 Mbps WiFi Internet, free unlimited long distance telephone calls to US and Canada. The unit has a 730 sf area and the high ceilings add space to this wonderful one bedroom unit. The apartment is located in building 1228, very close to the swimming pool and clubhouse. You will also have a 24/7 access to a well equipped fitness center. The condo is located on top floor so no neighbors above you. Very quiet area of this Caribbean style gated community. I can be joined by phone and text messages 24/7. Stores (Publix, Dollar Tree, Big Lots, fresh produce market) in front of Avalon Complex. Abe's Grill and Thai Coconut restaurants just a walk by. Bus station in front of the complex. Very easy access to bicycle path, airport (15 min.), Tampa and St-Pete. The complex has a lot of free parking spaces. Bus stop in front of the building. New bicycle path going to the beach on Gulf to Bay boulevard Travel very lightly, we provide good quality sheets, towels, beach towels, dryer, hair straightener, flat iron, ironing station, books (English and french), fully equipped kitchen, everything that you need for the beach (chairs, parasol, cooler). Upon arrival you will find some supplies - hand soap, paper towel, paper toilet but you have to buy your choice of essentials. Many of our guests will leave behind all kinds of things - shampoo, conditioners, body moisturizers, coffee and tea bags etc. Use them at your own risk.
