House located on a golf course with beautiful Mountain View. 3 bedrooms w/ an office that can be used as a room. House is just finishing remodel with new floors, countertops, and carpet. Heating Pool and Jacuzzi. 2 fireplaces and furnished with 3 queen beds, house is also equipped with exterior cameras to secure the perimeter from intruders and unauthorized parties and or gatherings. The space can be booked for up to 8 people but pricing is for 4. Additional guest above four will cost more The space 3 car garage and plenty parking. Guest access The entire home with the exception of the office is available for access. Other things to note Host does not allow parties or large gatherings. House is equipped with exterior cameras to protect the perimeter and prevent unauthorized gatherings. Pricing is for four guest. Additional guest will be a charge of $50 additional per guest per day. The pool man cleans the pool on Wednesday afternoon between 12pm and 3pm normally . He does not come in the house but will access the pool through a side gate. Also trash pickup is on Monday morning so if you stay through a Sunday please take the three trash cans to the curb.
