The apartment is less than a block from Biscayne BLVD so you can use public transportation - but ideally, you have a car to move around in Miami or use Uber We have 3 apartments in the same complex, that are identical, 2 are on the second floor and 1 on the ground floor. your apartment number will be assigned at check in.
