The space My home is nearly 1700 square feet and it's floor plan is comfortable,cozy and spacious. The three bedrooms for rent have real beds and I also have blow up beds and a pull out couch in the living room if needed. The sunroom is one of my favorite places in the house to enjoy a good book, morning coffee, or simply watch the sunset over the pond. The back privacy gate opens to a 16 foot extension and the patio area wraps the house 3/4 with a dining area that extends off the living room sliding doors. Dine al fresco and enjoy the Charleston air. Guest access Guests have access to 3 Bedrooms/2 Baths and as well as all common areas, living-room, dining room, laundry, kitchen, sunroom and patio areas. Other things to note There are several markets (Harris Teeter, Publics, BiLo and Food Lion on Folly Rd.) as well as a Super Walmart (Folly Rd and George Griffith Blvd.) very near by with all the food , paper goods and products you might need for your stay. A very large Wholefoods has recently opened a few miles down on Rt 17. Children older than 6 months of age (Or any child in a walker or walking), are considered a guest and guest fees apply.
