Our 2 bedroom, 1 bath home features a secret room, custom bunk bed, an arcade game, and unique features throughout. Spring through fall you'll enjoy relaxing with a cup of complimentary coffee or tea on the back deck. Our 85-foot driveway, which can accommodate watercraft parking, means you don't have to park on the street. Located near the airport, hospitals, Capitol, and shopping. Every room in this home features unique finishes, from custom doors to corrugated wainscoting. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, utensils - everything you need (besides the food) to prepare a meal. There is a Keurig machine with a variety of K-Cups provided, as well as a tea kettle with tea options. The living room has a sectional sofa, which guests rave about for its comfort factor. The television can stream Amazon Prime Video, Hulu, Discovery +, Netflix, etc., but you will need your own account/login information. An arcade game (Ms. Pac-Man), board games, and a few books (mainly children's) complete this space. Bedroom 1 features a queen bed and closet with shelves (no bar to hang clothes). The nightstand serves as a small dresser to store belongings. Bedroom 2 has a custom bunk bed with two full-size mattresses, a closet, and TV. There is also a small dresser inside the closet to store belongings. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo and a medicine cabinet. **Please note the bathroom (including the shower) and hallway have low ceilings, so someone who is more than 6' tall may not be as comfortable in this space.** The back room features a desk to accommodate work or study times. Guests may also use the washer and dryer provided in this area. Just off the back room is a spacious deck with plenty of patio furniture to choose from. The porch rule is to sit a spell, so be sure to kick back and relax! (Outdoor seating is only available late spring through early fall.) The backyard is spacious and a great place to hang out, no matter the weather. You will have the entire house to yourself, as we do not live on the premises. We will provide instructions for self check-in. We are just a text or phone call away if you should need anything. Check-in anytime after 4 p.m., checkout is 11 a.m. We love this quiet, little neighborhood and we're sure you will too! Our home is within walking distance of a nice little park complete with up-to-date playground equipment and a basketball court. The Hillside Aquatic Complex, featuring a kids' water playground and two water slides (170 ft and 155 ft), is less than a 15-minute walk away. (Open Memorial Day - Labor Day, weather permitting.) Scotty's Drive-in, a Bismarck tradition since 1964 that hosts classic car nights, is also within walking distance, as well as the Polar Package Place liquor store, Lucky's Bar, and King Koin Launderette and Car Wash. Great location! Just 3.5 miles from the Bismarck Airport, 1 mile directly east of Bismarck's two major hospitals, and 2 miles from the Capitol. Target (as well as the Kirkwood Mall) and Walmart are a six-minute and five-minute drive away, respectively. Bismarck is serviced by both Lyft and Uber. There is a commercial airport and public bus system.
