Cabin in Crofton

This cozy cabin is located in Walker Valley, on the Nebraska side of Lewis and Clark Lake. The cabin is a tri-level with a bedroom and bathroom on the two lower levels, and a loft for extra sleeping space. There are two living spaces, upper level deck covers the walkout lower level. Beautiful lake views! Outside stairway from the lower level to the main living space. This perfect little slice of heaven is just a short distance away from a private beach and Weigand beach is about 2 miles west. The space Upstairs has a small kitchen area complete with stove, refrigerator, keurig coffee maker and microwave. There is no dishwasher, paper plates and disposable cutlery are provided. There are dishes, utensils, pots, and pans available. There is also an outdoor gas grill off the kitchen entrance. Family board games are located in a lower cabinet. The main floor bedroom has a queen bed with a ceiling fan and closet. A toddler bed is mounted in the closet. The main floor bathroom has a small bath, toilet and sink. There is not a shower on the main floor. The living space has a pull out twin bed if needed. The deck features a panoramic view of Lewis and Clark lake and provides the ideal spot to have a morning cup of coffee, or enjoy a relaxing dinner after a day on the lake. The loft is a great space for kids, with two full sized beds and a little play area stocked with toys, puzzles and books. The loft is accessible by ladder. (See Photo) In the lower level there is a living space with a television and a bedroom with a queen bed. The washer and dryer are located in the bathroom. Bathroom has a corner shower, sink and toilet. Extra towels and bedding are also stored there. Guest access You are able to use the entire space on the property excluding the shed. Other things to note Upon departure, remove all bagged garbage from the inside of the cabin. Dispose bagged garbage in the receptacle located outside on the lower level. Strip the beds that were utilized, and leave the sheets on the bed. Hang all wet towels in the laundry room. Please insure that appliances have been turned off. Kuerig, fans, space heaters, air conditioners. Also turn the gas to the grill off.
