The building was added to the National Register of Historic Pla The space Eber Culver is Williamsport’s best known architect. After arriving here in the early 1950’s, Culver designed many homes in the historic district, as well as such landmarks as the “Weightman Block” and the “Park Home,” originally a magnificent four story hotel.
