The neighborhood is quiet with friendly neighbors and close to restaurants, retail stores, and grocery stores. This basement apartment has a private entrance, a private bathroom, sleeps up to 5 people, and is complete with a kitchenette equipped with cooking and dining essentials. Come have a comfortable stay in your home away from home. The space The upper level of the home may be rented by someone else during your stay. Please note that since this a basement apartment you will hear noise from the upper level if someone is renting the upper level. However, quiet hours are after 10:30pm so after 10:30pm the only thing you should hear would be people walking around and maybe a moderate amount of talking. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- When guests renting the upstairs violate the quiet hours, we will make every effort to resolve the issue, however, we cannot fully control guest behavior. Noise from the guests upstairs has been a complain in the past. If you are a light sleeper and cannot tolerate noise, this place may not be for you. Also, the temperature is controlled from the upper level of the home, so whatever the guests upstairs set the temperature to, is what the guests renting the basement will have to become accustomed to. The basement does get cooler than any other part of the house. If this is not how your group intends to use the beds, then this space will sleep less people than what is stated on the listing. Guest access You won't have access to the upper level of the home and renters of the upper level of the home will not have access to the basement apartment.
