Quailette is located blocks from the University of Arizona, offering a comfy queen bed, kitchenette, bathroom, laundry & off street parking. Tastefully renovated to match her big sister, Quail Adobe (front house), you will find concrete floors, AC, ceiling fans, dedicated wifi, & a smart tv for streaming your favorite shows. The private outdoor space offers sitting areas, a BBQ grill, patio lighting & artificial turf! *** Open to long term stay discounts over May - August, please inquire! *** The space Welcome to the Quailette! The Quailette offers a cozy space near the UofA, perfect for unwinding after adventuring around Tucson. Dream deep on the comfy queen size bed while the European mini-split cooling and heating system keeps the temperature just to your liking. The living area is adjacent to the sleeping area and offers a lush loveseat couch and nesting coffee tables. The smart Roku television is ready for you to login to any app you use for streaming your favorite program. Next up is the dining table which seats four, however the chairs can be stacked and set aside if that works best for you. The table is also expandable in the event you need additional work or dining space. The kitchenette is equipped with a small refrigerator w/ freezer, as well as a sink and many small appliances to prepare food or drinks. Note: There is not a Traditional stove/oven. The bathroom is tastefully renovated as well with a subway tile shower and continued concrete floors. A washer and dryer complete the bathroom space. The outdoor space is something that is unique to the Quailette as most small rental spaces do not have such a large area dedicated to your enjoyment. Complete with a propane gas grill, two sitting areas with patio lights and artificial turf / pavers complete the space. Perfect for your furry travel companion to enjoy (please see pet policy)! LOCATION: Located in Jefferson Park Historic Neighborhood, the Quail Adobe is less the five minutes from the Univeristy of Arizona and ten minutes from Downtown Tucson. It is also a short drive to Campbell Avenue’s fine restaurants and coffee shops. The north terminus of the Tucson modern street car, The SunLink, is a two minute drive or a 15 minute walk from the Quail Adobe. There are several parks, playgrounds and local attractions nearby to enjoy as well. THE QUAIL ADOBE: There is a main house on the property that is a vacation rental, the Quail Adobe. As guest privacy is our top priority, the Quailette is totally separated from the Quail Adobe by a tasteful partition fence that will ensure you enjoy your stay. The Quail Adobe is outfitted in the style of the Quailette, including two bedrooms, one bathroom, full kitchen, living room with memory foam pull out sleeper sofa and large backyard. The Quailette can be rented solo or along with the Quail Adobe for larger groups (Quail Adobe: VRBO #1214978). Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns! PET POLICY / FEE: We would love for your furry family to join you on your Tucson adventure! Our Pet Policy is fairly simple: Dogs only, limit of two (2). Pet fee $50 per pet / per stay. By default the pet fee is $100 as we have a max of two dogs. If you only have one pup, please let us know and we will refund you $50.00. All pet waste must be cleaned up from the yard spaces prior to checkout. If your pups are big shedders, please take a moment to remove any excessive shed off furniture/ from the interior (there is a vacuum, broom and tape rollers provided). Please let us know if you have any questions on this! Guest access Quailette is the studio unit to the main house, however there is no space sharing. While you are a guest, this space is exclusively yours. Other things to note We believe in transparency and our guests knowing all that is possible to know about the Quailette prior to booking. If you have any questions prior to hitting that button, please message us! NOTE: The entry door to the Quailette off the alley is narrow and not a standard door size. Upon entering, there is a larger then normal step down into the space. There are handles on each side of the door jamb to aid in stepping in and out if needed. Once you know it is there it is a non issue. The unit is not handicap accessible.
