A 1400sqft lower level unit. The space has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, a large living area & a smaller second living room with 2 sofa beds. Large windows and double doors leads to a nice outdoor open space. Modern kitchen & dining area, perfect for a nice meal & nice view. We also have a 3 person infrared sauna with full lake view, bluetooth and light therapy. You are also welcome to enjoy our dock, with deep waters and great views. Spacious both inside and outdoors. Private unit great for family or group. Relax with our sauna. No parties are permitted. No marijuana or other recreational drug use allowed; marijuana detectors installed on site. Fishermen who want to park their boats on site—good news! There’s a large paved parking area in front of the house. And it’s okay to park the boat trailers on the grass, too, if needed. Also, there are electrical outlets beside the garage door and on the front porch of the house that you can use to charge your batteries. Dock lighting usually is unavailable. All outdoor areas are shared with owner if we happen to be there during your stay. Guest access Entire lower unit is private for you. Entrance to the unit is in the rear of the property. Follow the paved walkway to the right of the garage. Driving down that walkway is not permitted. There is a luggage cart near the door of the lower unit that you may use to transport luggage. Guest has access to front parking , boat trailer parking, front yard. Guest has dock privileges to our private dock on deep water. No access to upper floors. Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Other things to note Outdoor space: Guests will have dock privileges for the entire stay. However, use of the fire pit on the top deck of the boat dock is not permitted, and dock lighting usually is not available. Please note the outdoor spaces are shared with owner, if we so happen to be there as well. Parties and Events: No parties are allowed. Only registered guests are permitted on the property. We do not allow use of recreational drugs in the apartment or on the property. For that reason, there are marijuana detectors installed in the premises. Violation of this rule will be grounds for immediate termination of the rental without refund. The trash container for the lower unit is located along the paved walkway.
