Foothills location. Great neighborhood to walk and see the sunsets over the Mingus mountains. No pets allowed, but lots of plants, crystals, and rocks adorn my space. Located close to everything in Cottonwood and 5 mins to Clarkdale. Jerome is 10 miles and Sedona is 17 miles from my home. Ample parking and back patio and yard to relax in weather conducive. Cool Central air in the hot summer, and sometimes great monsoons to enjoy! Usually near perfect weather in winter. The space Owner offers/prepares coffee Owner offers coffee or tea in morning if desired upon request. I welcome hikers or RNR as we share my home. Mutual respect requested. SMALL fridge in your room. Mountain views and always conversation .... or not. Great outdoor patio for R n R. No washer/dryer/kitchen available nor visitors allowed in home other than those registered with the Host. Comfy, home away from home for nightly stayover .... or weekly if you come for hiking the beautiful AZ trails nearby. Guest access Large private bedroom and bathroom and very quiet. Reverse Osmosis water available in kitchen. Small fridge in your room, and, as a guest, coffee or tea available in the morning. Please request if desired. During your stay My home is 10 miles from Jerome (quaint mountain town) with many restaurants nearby. I'm also located 17 miles from West Sedona and 15 miles from the Top of Mingus hiking area. Host is available for questions and local offerings, and will likely be around while you are in my home. Other things to note Old Towne Cottonwood has many delicious restaurants and offers live music, dancing, and wine tasting. West Sedona is 17 miles away for vortex trekking, jeep rides, 3 wheelers, bikes etc. for great outdoor activity. Top of Mingus (15 miles) has great summer hiking and views of Verde Valley. Oak Creek / Verde Valley rivers are a cool reprise in summer heat. Nature Preserve nearby with flowing creek.
