Low Country Weddings: 13 mi. to Paris Island

Wedding/party venue: a sandy beach at low tide, water at high tide. 13 miles to Paris Island, 15 min. downtown Beaufort, 45 min. to Savannah, 40 min. to Hunting Island, 60 min. from Charleston Wrap porch, 2 person Jucuzzi in master bath, large eating areas inside, on porch, and on the playground. The space Early check-in and late check-out available with notice for additional $. Please, don't go under house or in garage and barn. The second floor with additional bedrooms is also off-limits. You will have access to the entire first floor, which includes one master bedroom, a full bath and a half bath, as well as dining room, kitchen, laundry, and living space. Early check-in and late check- available upon request for fee. The price listed does not include a guest fee. There is an additional party fee based on number of party guests. We do have outside cameras. Large Low Country House on the water. Guest access GPS may tell you to turn on Yarrow- Don't. I don't know why GPS wants you to go to my neighbor's driveway, but Twelve Oaks (my driveway is the next one). I have posted pictures so you will recognize my driveway. It is over a mile long covered in Oak trees. You will keep going straight until you see the house on the water. Please refrain from going into the barn, or atrium: located on the outside porch, and supervise kids around garage, pond, and water. I will text you the key code upon check in. Early and late check in avaluable at $25 each with a week's notice. Thanks! Other things to note The garage is unlocked but I would don’t go down there unless you need the breakers. It has tools, etc. Also, there is a atrium (small room to grow flowers) on the side of the porch. The floor isn't made for a lot of weight. Dont walk in there. I have it blocked by a broken rocking chair. That's it, have fun! The water is drinkable and better, in my opinion, than city water. We drink it without a filter, but you can use the door dispenser that has a filter. You are responsible for turning on the porch lights before you go out for the night. They are not automatic. We love pets, and allow them, but, no pets on the furnature, especially beds please. There is $75 fee for pets. Early and late check ins are available for $35 each with a week's notice.
