Magnolia Terrace Guest House, a colonial revival home built in 1912, has a total of 8 bedrooms each with its own private bath. Magnolia Terrace is located in the Historic Cobbham District, one of Athens' most architecturally interesting neighborhoods. Just a few blocks away is Old North Campus of UGA and downtown. It is also within walking distance of the football stadium. Operated as a Bed and Breakfast for over 20 years, we are reopening as an Airbnb. The space This listing is for 1 room with a king bed and an attached large bathroom and is located upstairs on the street side of the house. Maximum occupancy 2 per room. No parking for RV, Boats, or Trailers. No parties or events. Minimum age of primary renters is 30. Shared kitchen is available for light cooking. Kitchen will seat 8. Private off street parking in the back of the house is available. Two living room areas each with a TV. Dining room will seat 10 people.
