Clean spacious suite in a residential neighborhood sleeps eight. Centrally located. A child-friendly location with easy access from I-95. Private entrance, kitchen, off street parking, patio with grill, washer/dryer set up, and a dishwasher. Short drive to local historical and tourist locations such as CT wine trails, Clyde’s apple cider, downtown Mystic – the Aquarium, Seaport, and Village. Nautilus Museum, Ivryton and Godspeed Opera houses and Garde Arts Center. Decorated for the holiday. The space Perfect for family and friends. Comfortable atmosphere. I am very conscientious regarding cleaning protocols and commit to following the State and Airbnb five step cleaning protocols. Comfortably sleeps eight with two bedrooms and large common area. This location is in a residential neighborhood with easy access to I-95. I may not have a water view but I work hard to keep our place neat and enjoy the peacefulness of our own backyard. Has small yard with outdoor patio with grill. Minutes from UConn Avery point, Eastern Point Beach, Coast Guard Academy, New London Subbase, and within walking distance from Electric boat and Pfizer. Other local beaches are minutes away and thirty minutes from two casinos. Access with private entrance to lower level en-suite. Enjoy two-bedroom, one bath, dining area, kitchen, with exterior patio which includes use of the grill. Features two small sitting areas, two televisions with cable television, access to Netflix if your a user, wi-fi, and full-size refrigerator with freezer. Kitchen has toaster, range top stove, coffee pot, microwave oven, air fryer toaster oven, basic pots and pans with dishes and utensils. Close to several grocery stores, CVS, Walmart, and other small shops. Several stores in area do home delivery for groceries ie Big Y, Stop n Shop. On request I have high chair, pack n play, miscellaneous younger children's toys available including small wading pool we can set up in advance. Small unfenced yard with access to area off the patio for yard use. Guest access You will have the entire lower level suite of our home with access to the patio and small grassy area to steps of patio. The location is has a lock box/key entry or if you like I can meet you in person. Other things to note This is lower level walk out apt/suite in our home. Minimal steps on walkway from driveway to suite serviced with lockbox entry. All couches in the common area pull out for sleeping - linens are provided for these as well. Dishwasher, Washer, & Dryer. I try hard to decorate for the holidays. Will consider longer stay message for consideration. Please no parties, respect our neighbors, and quieter after 1030pm . note...oven is not full oven. it's an oven/air fryer which can fit an 8x8 pan. I do have some pans for cooking. NO SMOKING OR VAPING IN UNIT. DO IT OUTDOORS WITH DOOR SHUT PLEASE.
