Come and stay at a charming, quiet cottage in Galveston! The whole house is now available! The space I renovated the cottage in 2014 from the ground up starting with the pier and beam foundation. The wooden floor in the living room is the only part of the old floors that were salvagable and it came from the kitchen which is the oldest part of the house. The kitchen still has the old raised ceiling which I found after ripping out the low sheet rock ceiling. I used a sealant on it and I think it looks pretty neat. The living room has a wooden shiplap feature wall. This wood came from the outside of the house which I sanded down and I think it brings character to the room. The original art comes from local artists in Galveston. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house. Please note, guests who have dogs, there is no back yard but there are empty lots opposite the house where you can walk your dog. Registration Details GVR-04805
