Inside you will find 3-bedrooms of air-conditioned comfort, a wonderful kitchen for home-cooked meals and a private out-door patio area with seating, BBQ and night-time fireplace. Outside we have a communal pool and heated spa to wash off the day’s sand and relax when the beach gets too hot. We take your vacation seriously, so you don't have to, and are on call to make sure you have the perfect stay. Guest access You will have access to the entire condo! This gorgeous 3 bedroom 3 bath condo is NOT shared with anyone. The POOL and JACUZZI area are shared with only 9 other condo units in Coast Del Mar. Other things to note We call Del Mar San Diego's Hidden Gem. Beaches are clean and the restaurants are amazing. Del Mar is known for its great beaches. Across from the race track lies the San Dieguito River. Where the river hits the ocean is known as Dog Beach. This beach is a dog-friendly beach that has plenty of room for activities. The water here is relatively shallow due to the sandbars, but it makes for a great place to introduce your kids to the water or host a family volleyball game. If you are looking for a great location for your next beach vacation, Del Mar is the perfect place. Del Mar is known for its popular activity beyond the beach. The Del Mar Thoroughbred Club is “where the surf meets the turf.” This popular horse racing venue is the perfect summer tradition. Guests from around the world flock to this amazing club every year to enjoy the wonderful San Diego weather and see some of the best horse racing in the country. The San Diego Fair is one of the Top 10 Fairs in the country. The Fairgrounds also hosts many horse shows, trade shows and concerts!
