This beautiful and unique mountain side modular home is brand new with million dollar views! This home has everything you need! New AC, large windows, two sliding glass doors, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, open concept living area and kitchen. Kid friendly, pet friendly, 420 friendly. Only an hour to the Great Sand Dunes National Park, 30-45 minutes to the hot springs, close to hiking trails, spiritual centers and only about 3 miles to downtown Crestone! We are super excited to announce that Central AC will be installed making our house one of only a couple of properties in Crestone offering air conditioning for those warm summer afternoons. We've listened to our clients reviews and hope this will really add to your enjoyment! As a note, please be responsible with the thermostat and only run the air conditioning when necessary. Open concept, with a fully equipped kitchen stocked with enough cookware to make a feast! Added bonus, a large island with storage and four bar stools! The living area has a leather couch and love seat, large entertainment center with a 60" TV (open the cabinets below the TV to find a hidden electric fire place!) There's a Roku, DVD player and a small selection of DVDs for your entertainment. There are also some board games for you to enjoy! The master suite has a queen size bed and can be completely blocked off to the rest of the house giving you a private master bathroom with a walk in shower and large vanity area. The closets in the master suite are locked and not accessible to guests. There is a four drawer dresser to use for storage. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, closet for luggage and the bathroom is just outside the bedroom door. If you will be bringing your pet please be responsible and use the provided pet sheets on any furniture that your pet will be on, our goal is to protect from scratches and dander. Do not leave your pet alone in the house if they are not housebroken and we'd prefer you keep them off the carpet in the bedrooms. Don't forget to clean up any outdoor messes! We are 420 friendly inside the house to all responsible adults 21+. Smoking cigarettes inside this house is prohibited!! Please enjoy your smoke outside and use the provided outdoor ashtray out back. There is patio furniture and a grill out back. If there are any fire bans in the county we will have a sign posted on the front door. If the sign is there NO outdoor burning or smoking!! BE BEAR AWARE! We have a bear proof trash can that MUST be locked to prevent bears from getting into it. Please follow the instructions on top of the trash can to insure it is locked. We never know when the bears will be coming down — but it can be by mid to late July. Each year it is different according to weather conditions and the food available in the mountains. DO NOT leave food in your car! Quite hours start at 10pm! Even though the area is very remote sound can travel easily, so please be respectful of the neighborhood.
