Northside Home with Skyline View

Our home is called NavusHouse, a private residence constructed in 2016, dedicated to guests and gatherings. We're nestled in Pittsburgh's Northside, with easy access to downtown, public transportation, public parks, art and culture. We hope that you'll appreciate our space for its ample light and open floor plan. The space NavusHouse is a private residence dedicated to providing a welcoming space in the city of Pittsburgh. When not reserved by Airbnb guests, we host workshops, seminars, short to medium-length residencies, and other creative social experiences. The first floor has an open floor plan which contains the living room, dining room, and kitchen, as well as a half bathroom. The space is full of plants and natural light. The first floor opens onto a stone patio in the side yard. The second floor contains two bedrooms, laundry room, full bathroom, and a sitting room (projector room) which has a queen sofa bed and sliding barn doors to separate it from he hallway. The third floor bedroom includes a king sized bed. Also located on the third floor is a sitting room with two couches. The sitting area opens onto a sizable deck, which overlooks the city. Although the house is devoid of TVs, the second floor family room is set up for video projection and Roku for all your streaming platforms. We provide wifi throughout the home. The entire house is full of large windows and natural light. Parking is available on the street in front of the house (1 hour limit Monday- Friday) and in a parking lot directly across the street. Guest access As guests you will have access to everything on the first, second, and third floors. You are also welcome to use the patio on the side yard. There is a basement apartment with a separate entrance to which you will not have access.
