Shadynook Cottages #4

Shadynook Cottages #4 is the main house. It has 2 bedrooms (one queen, one double) and 1 bathroom. It also has a queen sofa bed in the living room. It has a fully stocked kitchen, large living room spaces, full dining room, and sleeping for 6. It is located 2 blocks from downtown Forks and is close to city amenities such as restaurants and shopping and a short driving distance from hiking, beach combing, and exploring. This home has been largely updated and has all new flooring throughout. The space The master bedroom has a queen bed, nightstands, and a full closet space with plenty of room for storing your clothes and other items. The second bedroom has a double bed, one nightstand, a small closet for hanging or stacking clothes and a small dresser. The large living room area is divided into two sections. The first area has an entertainment center with smart TV and DVD player. The TV area has a recliner and a sofa. There is a propane stove in this area which is functional. The other section of the living space has a piano, a table with 2 tall chairs, a love seat/recliner and a queen sofa bed in the living room. There are multiple stained glass windows throughout the home that were made by my grandmother who was the original owner of the home and business. There is one bathroom with a tub/shower. The newly remodeled kitchen has new appliances, including a propane cook stove. There is NO dishwasher. There is a dining room table with 4 chairs and 2 stools at the island. There are no stairs inside the home, but there are 2 steps to get into the home from outside. Guest access There is guest parking available in front of the buildings. One spot is allotted per cottage rental. Limited street parking is available off of Wood Street, along our fence. A local shuttle passes the facility regularly if needed. Other things to note Guests are welcome to sit in the backyard area that has a table, chairs, and umbrella. This space is shared with the other cottages. There is also a bench outside the front door that exits the living room of cottage 4. This is a nice shaded area to sit on warm days. The DVD player in cottage 4 is a smart device. If you would like to watch Netflix, Hulu, etc. you will need to log-in to those services using your own accounts. DirecTV is also available in the cottage.
