Make yourselves at home in this lovely, privately-owned residence as you attend West Point Academy events and tour scenic Hudson Valley. Build in 1900 and renovated in 2019, this house combines historic charm (original wood floors) with modern conveniences. The home's location is a twelve-minute drive to West Point's Washington Gate and within walking distance to the restaurants and shops of Cornwall. Enjoy 4th of July fireworks and weekly summer concerts with ease relaxing on the front porch! The space -Pets are welcome upon approval. -WiFi and two Smart TVs for home entertainment. -Fresh bedding and lots of towels for guests. -Espresso, cappuccino, and regular coffee makers in the kitchen. -Board games, puzzles, multiple decks of cards, adult and childrens' books. - Cornhole, KanJam, Big Jenga, four tennis rackets/balls, and a basketball available for guests' use. -Washer/dryer and extra refrigerator/freezer in the basement. -Weight bench, "girlie" weights, and rowing machine in the basement. -Two queen-size inflatable mattresses with bedding, couch in living room, couch in the basement, and a pull-out couch on the back porch (not screened in) for additional guests. -Dining table comfortably seats six and an additional card table and four chairs are in the basement. -Fire pit, fire wood, and eight outdoor chairs for evening bonfires. -Gas grill with 3 propane tanks. -Off-street parking. -Side yard big enough for playing yard games. -Let yourselves in via a key box.
