I am usually fast to respond if there is an issue. Many times guests will come and go and not see me for the duration of their trip. Other things to note This is a shared space and the individuals renting have different background. Some come home late at night and others may be stopping for quick nights rest with their children. The walls are thin so you may hear the footsteps, I can provide hearing plugs on request. There are five other rooms in the house. I generally have 4/5 rooms booked an any given time. That said, even with all 6 rooms booked, I have not had any issues with bathroom availability, etc. There is no living room or dining room.
