There is a deck as well as a screened in porch overlooking the lake. The master suite is on the first floor, with a queen bed, walk in closet and a private full bath with tub. There is a laundry room / half bath off the kitchen. The second and third bedrooms are upstairs, sharing a single full bathroom. Guest access This is a lake-front property with a dock, space for boat, swimming and fishing. This is one of the few Airbnb properties on Squantz Pond which does NOT have a street or busy highway running through the property between the house and the lake. You will have access to the outdoor property plus both main floors of the house. Please note: This is a NO SMOKING property. Other things to note There are two queen beds a pair of twins. Note: Due to New Fairfield zoning restrictions, 6 night minimum stay is required.
